Join us for the ride Responsibilities: We are looking for a self-motivated, product-minded Lead Full-stack Engineer (ReactJS+.Net Core) with good management skills for an exciting role to lead the squad, update our platform with the architectural, product, and development processes, best practices, and know-how. You may get an incredible chance to take different responsibilities and grow to solve incoming challenges, like: * How our code and product could have better quality, test coverage, and logs? * How to investigate any issues faster? * Which areas could be optimized first? * What is the reason for a bug found by a customer? This role covers these questions and helps our client achieve a high-class product. Analyzing existing architecture and preparing upgrade plan based on technical / business needs Continuous upgrading of platform's transparency &amp, observability Organize and facilitate brainstorming and grooming sessions Leading the squad in daily tasks, effective work, professional growth and learning Working closely with Product team, finding a balance between Product Value and Code Quality Our tech stack Fully cloud-native distributed system written on .NET 5 Azure Stack (Azure Kubernetes Cluster, App Services, Functions, Queues, Application Insights) - we use a lot of Azure Storages: Azure SQL Database, MongoDB via Mongo Atlas, Azure Blob storages React apps written with Typescript, we use Redux with sagas and MobX in different projects We strive for high unit test coverage both on the Backend and Frontend Fully automated CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of applicable industry experience and at least 1 year of team leading Ability to manage the entire software development life cycle, from start to finish Experience of application integration such as application interface or data layers Experience in modern DevOps methodologies and test-driven development Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum, Extreme Programming, or Kanban) framework Experience in guiding developers and measuring the team dynamics Fluent spoken English (at least B2 - C1) Frontend* (main tech skill): ReactJS + Typescript; JQuery Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript (Core, DOM APIs) development and front-end coding Interaction with Web API (at list contribution REST services and understanding principals) Experience in the following libraries and technologies: Webpack, Redux, Redux-Saga Experience in LESS/SASS, CSS in JS or styled components Backend (secondary tech skill): C#/.NET 5 Experience with distributed architecture (Monolith and separate services with direction towards containers) Entity Framework, Relational and NoSQL Databases (MS SQL, MongoDB) Azure infrastructure, including Azure Kubernetes Service, Load balancers, Service Bus, Azure SQL, KeyVaults, etc. Conditions: An awesome, open, and vibrant start-up environment We don't clock watch, we trust you to manage your time (0/+4 GMT zone) Option to have a stake in our growing business We celebrate tenure and offer you an extra day holiday for every year you're with us ?600 annual educational budget to use at your discretion Regular social company gatherings An annual whole-company Summer summit in the sun The ability to work fully remotely, with visits to our London office If you only fulfil 75% of the criteria we encourage you to still apply, we are an equal opportunities employer and are committed to building a diverse culture.
