Payroll Relationship Managers Supervisor Principal responsibilities: To manage the process of New to Bank customer acquisition through supervising payroll sales, Analyzes clients portfolio on regular basis and take actions; To ensure CAW overall portfolio and agreement conditions profitability; Take an active part in defining and pursuing of the sales strategy; Develop sales plans, sales strategy approaches and effective execution methods; Ensure that the group has monthly/weekly sales plans and perform strictly against them; Monitor sales results on daily/weekly/monthly bases; Monitor, control and coordinate contacts between decision-makers of the companies and Relationship staff; Ensure revenue generation and customer acquisition; On constant basis to control sales results, make analysis, manage the sales process through management sales staff; To manage, coach and develop payroll relationship managers and account managers; Provide requested reports in time; Participate in requested meetings; To communicate effectively with other departments to assure seamless, high quality of the bank’s products and services; Closely cooperates with other departments to increase efficiency and sales results. Ensure that the staff is properly managed to achieve the targets established by business; Ensure that sales people get timely and relevant coaching and feedback; Provide for timely appraisals/performance evaluation of staff; Participation in the process of staff selection and recruitment; Support career development of staff; Identify training and development needs of staff; To realize all other required functions related to the working process and to execute all other management instructions; Control and guarantee observance of all internal rules, regulations, instructions and other bank's standard acts by employees, as well as being personally liable for their non-observance. Key requirements: Knowledge/Experience: Min 2+ year experience in sales; Financial and banking knowledge; Client service experience; Managing people experience. Qualifications: Higher education, preferably from the top finance or economy university; Fluent English – verbal/written; Advanced PC user (MS Office). Skills: Exceptional sales skills, remarkable sales planning skills, solid interpersonal skills, excellent communicational skills, excellent time management skills, multitasking and delegation abilities. Competencies: Success orientation, personal motivation and determination, enthusiasm and persistence, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to handle multiple tasks, results oriented, attention to details, quick learner, team player.
