International company CLICK AVIATION NETWORK is being one of the leading flight support services providers with wide network of the representations worldwide. We are engaged in servicing business aviation flights and charter programs and specialize in private jets handling, supervision and flight coordination. Our customers are about two thousand operators from around the world. We successfully target a business aviation market of the Middle East, Africa, Europe, CIS countries and the USA. We are looking for an Payables - Accountant to ensure the integrity of accounting information by researching account issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tracking all Incoming supplier invoice & allocating to respective services provided. Timely follow up of all Non received invoices with the suppliers. Maintenance of supplier statement of account and reconciling with our records. Payment allocation against the respective invoices in the Sage accounting system. Maintenance of supplier advances /prepayment and following for the final invoices. Tracking of Credit Notes /Rebate/Discounts from the suppliers and ensure the accounting of the same. Develop and maintain positive relationships with our suppliers. Preparing ad hoc financial reporting request, other analysis and special projects as requested by management. MAIN OPPORTUNITIES/CHALLENGES: High expectations Ability to work under pressure and within short deadlines Long and Flexible working hours SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Skills (practiced capability/behaviors) Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills Excellent standard of written and spoken English, Ukrainian and Russian Experience Essential: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity Outstanding knowledge of electronic spreadsheets Desirable: Knowledge of the airline/aviation industry Qualification Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting PERSON PROFILE: Self-motivated Attention to detail Creative/Innovative ‘Can-do’ attitude Empathetic, team player & warm friendly manner All candidates must have the right to live and work in Ukraine. Shortlisting will be done against required skills, experience and qualifications listed in the Vacancy Notice. Successful candidates will be invited for an English language testing and interview.
