Avon Eastern Europe is currently looking for Gifting and Seasonal NPD Manager , who will be responsible for creating, articulating and managing the effective implementation of Seasonal and Gifting cosmetics strategy for Avon to achieve short and long term growth of the Gifting offering sales, profitability and market share goals in EE. Main responsibilities: Create Gifting and Seasonal Strategy & Pipeline Own the local ideation process to identify & qualify, incremental seasonal and gifting opportunity to achieve sales, gross margin & market share goals in cooperation with the Brand team of each category. Constantly monitor and analyze bundles and gifting offers performance on the market, identify the top gifting trends and match them with the Avon consumer insights. Examine the demographics and other customer groupings in Russia to identify new or under exploited Gifting opportunities. Identify gaps in the current Gifting portfolio and leverage cross-category opportunities to the max. Responsible for Gifting Strategy: which category and brands to play, with what product combinations and what are the Go-To-Market tools). Align the vision with the Category leaders and CM leadership team (Executive Marketing Director and GM Russia). Develop one-year annual Gifting plan. Regularly analyze performance of the Gifting offering Vs target to drive performance. Gifting Development Develop and own the Gifting Development process from ideation to go-to-market. Develop Local Gifting initiatives with alignment to category and brand strategy. Coordinate with other markets within the same manufacturing footprint to maximize scale of local gift sets. Sets direction for Gift Occasions, including Gifting Occasion Concept Event Definition, Design Brief, Creative Brief, etc. Input to and develop Gift Set creative idea, Package Design, Creative Layouts, Brand Image. Manage Gift Sets costs, sales and profitability against targets in cooperation with Supply Chain. Coordinate with other markets within the same manufacturing footprint to maximize scale of local gift sets Requirements: Bachelor degree/ University degree. Fluency in English. 6+ years marketing experience; beauty preferred. Knowing Complex Product Development . Strong planning expertise. Integrating Cross-Function Operations. Experienced in Project management. Experience of working with large assortment range. Matrix Organization experience. Specific expertise in Seasonal offering or Gifting portfolio management.
