Maire Tecnimont Group is an industrial leader in Engineering & Construction, Technology & Licensing, and Energy Business Development and Ventures. Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, the Group is among the top-ranking worldwide engineering contractors. Tecnimont is responsible for the execution of the “ Delayed Coking Unit” (DCU) Project, to be implemented inside the existing Omsk Refinery. The scope of the project includes the implementation of a new Delayed Coking complex with a feed capacity of 2 MTA (34,500 Barrel Per Stream Day). The Project will be executed inside the existing Omsk Refinery and will be mainly aimed at expanding its capacity for the conversion of heavy residues while maximizing liquid product and producing anode grade quality coke. QA/QC Inspector (QAE) checks and guarantees that certificates are prepared and duly collected; moreover, QAE promotes any necessary action to ensure that the final dossier is ready and completed as per contract requirements. Responsibilities: To carry out civil works inspections of the construction works (earthwork, in-situ piling, concrete works, building interior and exterior elements installation such as sandwich panel, partition walls, false floor, expansion and construction joints, roof structures, corrugated sheets, plastering, etc., steel structures erection); To ensure that all inspections are recorded and findings noted; To issue non-conformance reports to Contractor Representatives at all times when work is being done contrary to the specifications and approved inspection and test plans; To ensure that the management is notified of any negative quality trends; To assist and advise the Construction Manager to ensure that all civil work scope meet the technical pre-requisites of the project; To ensure only AFC documentation/drawings are used in the construction activities and copies of personnel qualifications, construction procedures are maintained at each respective work front; Responsible to monitor the works and ensure adequate supervision of the Subcontractors civil work activities; Responsible for monitoring/inspection of site activities related to civil work scope; To follow up on site design changes and inspect the implementation of site design changes accordingly; To work in conjunction with the subcontractor’s QC inspector and the third party inspectors to ensure the quality of work; To submit daily, weekly, monthly field reports of all inspection activities to the site quality manager; To advise Quality Manager/Construction manager of any civil related issues that could, if not corrected, lead to a reduction in safety, quality, environment and where potential delays in progress could occur. Qualification: University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent; Registration in National Register (NOSTROY) is obligatory. Requirements: Native Russian speaker; Fluent English; Excellent IT and analytical skills; Good organizational skills and accuracy; Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution; Attention to detail, excellent communications skills. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects At least 3 years of experience in the specific discipline Similar role covered in last three projects, of comparable size Terms: Full time (non-rotational) Single status Daily and accommodation allowances Mobilisation/Demobilisation tickets Extended vacation Health Insurance Due to language barrier please submit CV in English.
