Responsibilities: Allocates preservation activities within MCPlus in accordance with the Project approved preservation matrix and preservation maintenance requirements. Maintains preservation issuing and retrieval system through project drives. Works with Preservation coordinators to verify submitted documentation used for tracking of preservation Assist MCPlus Coordinator to systemize preservation Scope of Works in MCPlus Hierarchy Review Preservation Maintenance Requirements and allocate project Tags and Preservation activities to MCPlus Provide PMR’ for uploads to POL and MCPLus by Administrators. Maintain PMR Index and provide report of the data metrics for monthly reports Review Preservation Receiving Inspection Reports from all Site Contractors for correctness, and coordinate corrections required from the Site Contractors. Capture all Preservation defeciencies from PRIR’s and enter into MCPlus for tracking and resolution processes by the Preservation Coordinators Assists MCPlus Coordinators in closing, statusing, and distribution of preservation clearance sheets through MCPlus and Sub Contractors Maintain PRIR index and file folders Provide PRIR’s for uploads to POL and MCPlus Allocate Contract numbers into MCPlus to suit each preservation requirement by discipline within MCPlus system Start – Pause or stop Preservation activities in MCPlus Engage Clearance Sheets reporting and extract the bar-coded Clearance sheets to Project drives for distribution to the contractors. Review the returned clearance sheets for correctness and preservation defeciencies Status the Preservation activities on the Clearance sheets as performed or not performed in MCPlus Confirm Data entry is accomplished using barcodes and review the status on the linked tags. Pause or stop Preservation activities in MCPLus as requested from Preservation Co-ordinators Monitor RFID designations on Bulk Material to provide accurate data into MCPlus of all received materials on site. Allocate RFID tags to equipment and materials in MCPlus Provide Weekly & Monthly and 90 day look aheads for reporting to enhance performance and costing criteria for each Area of preservation activities are been executed. Monitor the Turnover process and report to Preservation Leads the schedules for Mechanical Completion of Systems Schedule De-preservation in MCPlus as per Mechanical Completion Certificate Schedule Re-Preservation in MCPLus as per Site instructions from Systems Completion/Operations Provide preservation clearance sheets to POl and Project drives Monitor Module and Equipment movement from all global Preservation facilities in transport to FGP/WPMP Review Sail away reports and extract data to be loaded to MCPlus Transfer the equipment and modules to the final resting place for the FGP/WPMP project in MCPlus Monitor Bar-coding equipment and maintain sign-out logs – audit the equipment functions and report issues to MCPlus Lead. Monitor Tablets equipment and maintain sign-out logs – audit the equipment functions and report issues to MCPlus Lead. Provide Preservation Status reports to the Project by System or Sub-system showing evidence preservation was performed on most equipment. Record and compile Lessons Learned for the preservation team. Assists Turnover Team with Preservation Status Reports by System or Sub-System Assist in training of preservation contractor personnel to ensure they understand and achieve desired results in the completion of the Clearance sheets. Interfaces with the Project Preservation, Construction, Turnover Coordinators and to support Contractor MC Notifications and project schedule Participates in Contractor weekly meetings to update Construction and Contractor teams on the status of preservation activities and the access to Construction or operations areas. Requirements: Proficient in English – Kazak – Russian reading and writing reports for interaction with a diverse working team Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors Good understanding of the following Systems Completion, Preservation & Turnover Processes. Experienced in Operational, Site Infrastructure, Gathering and Modularization Turnover Procedures, Turnover Dossier Procedure, Punch List Procedure. Good understanding of Engineering Drawings Proficient skills in ADOBE ACROBAT PRO - MS Office 2007- 2010 as minimum (excel, word, ppt, etc) for efficient job performance; Conditions: Tengiz 28/28
