We are looking for a digital account manager based in Moscow, who can support the Russian Partnerships Manager on a full-time basis. This highly effective account manager will nurture an existing portfolio of clients, take care of campaign operational management, billing and payment collection and manage local documentation requirements. By employing top-notch communication and relationship building skills, the ideal candidate will take our customer experience to the next level by providing operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with brand and agency contacts. Assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns. Seek new business opportunities from existing clients. Responsible for achieving business development and sales targets. Regularly report campaign status and provide optimization ideas. Interact with the ad operations team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign delivery. Be responsible for customer success and long-term relationships. Obtain, review and process orders and ensure timely payment collection. Manage local documentation requirements. Requirements: Proficient English speaker. Must have an understanding of digital technology, its revenue ecosystem and be able to explain product benefits within this context. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing online advertising campaigns. Excellent communicator, presenter of ideas, great on the phone and solid account management abilities. Understanding of branding and performance campaigns. Experienced in structuring and negotiating deals within the digital media space. Passionate about online content, native advertising and a strong customer experience advocate. Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and identifying/monitoring trends in data reports. Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager is advantageous.
