Halliburton International GmbH is looking for Pipeline Process and Services Proposal Manager for Eurasia (Moscow office): Provides leadership to plan, organize, manage, and continually improve the proposals process within the region or sub-business unit. Provide supervision and/or technical expertise to the team. Responsible for the development, analysis, supervision, and preparation of technical and cost proposals, contract modifications, and other presentations for the Proposals department of the respective business unit. Responsible for adhering to pricing strategies for specific proposals agreed to by business acquisition and operations for the purpose of obtaining a competitive advantage. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience on relevant position; Knowledge of Russian, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan local regulations; Knowledge of Russian and English language; Ability to work under stress; Good planning skills. Job duties: Technical expertise: preparation of the technical proposal for the tenders, knowledge of PPS services: pipeline cleaning (mechanical and chemical), pressure testing, Nitrogen services, HP Jetting, commissioning of pipelines and process facilities; Commercial expertise: Preparation of Revenue and costs calculations for the tenders based on technical requirements; Contractual expertise: Knowledge of Russian, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan local regulations and certification for equipment/personnel; Understanding of PPS Clients and market in Eurasia; Why Halliburton?
