We have a vacancy of Stadium Operations Manager (location Park Kultury). It’s a fixed contract for 11,5 months (MayJune 2017) The vacancy is also available in Sochi, Kazan and St. Petersburg. About Us: We are a major player in the sports hospitality arena, delivering turnkey solutions to clients in the areas of sales and operations. Our company has the expertise and experience to deliver both the catering and production elements at major events and is responsible for the entire operation of the FIFA Hospitality Programme. The company is based in Zurich with offices in the UK, South Africa, Brazil and Russia (Moscow). FIFA appointed our company as the worldwide exclusive rights holder of the FIFA Hospitality Programme including the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups™, as well as for the FIFA Confederations Cups in 2017 and 2021 and the FIFA Women's World Cups™ in 2019 and 2023. Job Duties: The essential job functions are: Management of all organizational issues inside the stadium to have all premises ready for the operation, i.e. catering Delivery of the technical operational projects on time and within the approved budgets Liaison with, and coordination of, different departments including suppliers. Work with senior management to implement the company’s policies and goals. Key Competencies Experienced in technical production for large scale events. Previous large scale events organising experience. Relevant financial experience in managing large technical production budgets. Ability to manage staff as well as subcontractors. Ability to work together in a team towards the realisation of fixed goals and deadlines. Indepth detailed technical operational knowledge. Must have a senior management profile and therefore the capability of overseeing a large number of projects and the ability to constantly evaluate the process and reevaluate the decisions taken. Ability of being numbers and target orientated as well as the ability of doing this is balance with the resources provided and the partnerships entered into. Ability to deliver the highest standards in international technical event production within fixed budgets and timelines. Strong communication and personal presentation skills. Strong project management skills.
