Responsibility: Effective time planner with the ability to balance workloads and work to deadlines The ability to make sound decisions quickly and escalate to Management where appropriate. Flexible and adaptable approach to demands and changes in work activity Lead and coordinate the administration of 3GP ME&I (Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation) contract/s, including Applications for Payment, Contract Change Management, claims management and administration, contracts assurance processes, and contract closeout. Contribute to safety program, health and environment protection, reliability and efficiency in order to achieve world-class performance of TCO OE strategies. Actively participate in Site Safety Programs, BBS program and contribute to IIF culture, including reporting. Work together with other 3GP project teams & stakeholders to manage contractor performance and progress Ensure all contractor and company contract related deliverables comply with contract terms & conditions, in addition to FGP expectations and requirements Participate in planning and review sessions Facilitate Contractor progress review meeting and maintain record of discussions and agreements Review and draft contractor correspondence and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions Ensure contractors are utilizing all applicable Safe Work Practices (SWP) and Procedures Comply with all TCO/FGP contracting policies and procedures Use required and applicable tools/software applications for managing contract correspondence, storing documents and confirming with contracting governance and auditing requirements, invoicing and payment policies and procedures. Prepare contract amendments or change orders as required Track and manage Contractor claims Work with TCO Base Business, FGP contracts, claims management function and other stakeholders to support project requirements Ensure any contractor correspondence, execution or amendments comply with TCO/FGP Governance requirements Perform contracts closeout and support contract audits Conduct mentoring and coaching of contracting personnel reporting to this position to develop their level of competence and knowledge of TCO/FGP procedures and expectations. Requirements:??????? Experience working in Kazakhstan Experience with major international EPC contractors Experience managing a multi-currency, unit rate contract structure in an international environment Experience with managing and mentoring national employees Experience working in TCO with international construction contractors, considered a significant advantage The ability to think around a problem and the ability to work well under pressure Good project management, communication and listening skills Confidence in dealing with people and working in large teams Report writing and presentation skills. Deliver formal presentations. Knowledge of contracting software applications A commitment to continuous professional development Formulate the work group’s plan of actions according to set priorities Make balanced decisions based on assessment of situation and considering the consequences Work independently without any external support Use feedback for improvement of own performance Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behavior, communication) Write and speak in clear and persuasive manner, using corresponding arguments, style and language Effectively communicate with a multinational workforce and promote a productive culture Facilitate and lead contractor weekly/monthly progress review meetings - Higher education in relevant field - Diploma or higher in Business or supply chain management is desirable At least 5 years of experience in contracts development, administration and closeout related role in the Oil & Gas industry. Technical/major capital project experience desirable. English (level 3+ and higher) – Kazakh and/or Russian is also an advantage Previous experience with supply chain management software applications. Proficient with most Microsoft Office based applications and shared document management systems. Conditions: ???????Tengiz 28/28
