Responsibilitie s : Define and implement HR strategy in Operations (fulfilment center); Provide Line Management with HR consulting and expertise; Implement/execute all HR processes/policies (Recruitment; Onboarding; Planning; Talent Development programs; Organizational levels, etc.); Ensure cascade communication of the company direction, results and HR strategy; Prepare and maintain required reporting; Ensure staffing for mass and key positions; Participate in other HR projects, employer brand, automation, etc. Qualifications: From 5 years of experience in HR as HR Business Partner in multinational company, HR Operations manager; Perfect understanding of HR processes and tools, experience in operation is a must; Fluent English language; Сonditions: Key management role in HR management team; High degree of leadership exposure and management responsibility in a complex large scale organization; Entrepreneurial working style with a high degree of freedom and impact; Collaboration with industry champions, opportunities to provide support & solution for the company with advanced and quite often unique business processes and technologies, implementing your own ideas; Attractive total compensation package (fixed and variable parts), competitive benefits.
