Currently we are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. You will work with a great Customer! It is a British multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in London, England. It operates a network of more than 1,200 branches and outlets (including subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures) across more than 70 countries and employs around 87,000 people. It is a universal bank with operations in consumer, corporate and institutional banking, and treasury services. Despite its UK base, it does not conduct retail banking in the UK, and around 90% of its profits come from Asia, Africa and the Middle East. For the moment current systems of the Customer require enhancement and upgrading. The main goal of the Project is to optimize costs of implementation and maintenance of IT processes. Your Team: 1 AR, 1TL, 1 DevOps, 1 BA, 2 LT, 1 SAT, 1 T, 2 SD BE, 1 D BE, 3 SD FE Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience as BA; Understanding of requirements, its different types, and stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation and management); Deep understanding of different software development methodologies; Understanding the full software development lifecycle; Experience in writing Software Requirements (Vision and Scope, SRS); Support developers on their current tasks; Gather, analyze, document new requirements. Nice to have: Technical background; Experience of work on the projects, connected with bank services is a big plus. Responsibilities: Discuss requirements with the Customer, understand, analyze, make suggestions and negotiate, document requirements; Create wireframes and sometimes dynamic prototypes (using Balsamiq and Axure, but it could be any tool you prefer); Support developers on their current tickets, clarify requirement when needed; Identify business opportunities and provide creative solutions; Write software functional specifications including use cases, mockups and diagrams; Prototype user interfaces and algorithms of the system behavior; Be the main source of information about the product, know everything that is going on at all stages.
