YOUR ROLE As a IT Procurement Manager you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods, services and managing vendors. You will define performance of strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers. Additionally you, as the IT Procurement Manager, will define process to streamline to internal IT purchasing landscape in order to deliver our business a comprehensive purchasing experience. Together with the different Service Providers, the IT Purchase Manager will be responsible for the global License Management database. YOUR TEAM You will report to Global Service Delivery Manager. You will cooepate and negotiate with our Outsource Service Provider, HPi, Mobile Providers. You will closely cooperate with you colleagues in Finance and Service Delivery Management Teams KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking Assess, manage and mitigate risks Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers Determine quantity and timing of deliveries Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand Ensure license compliance WE CHALLENGE YOU TO To provide service to Diverse and Global internal population Managing a Global and diverse external Providers Face significant business risk attached to non-delivery of the services TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE Extensive experience of IT Procurement in a global environment Extensive experience of dealing with external Providers Good experience of License Management Proven working experience as a purchasing manager in IT Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management Interest in market dynamics along with business sense A knack for negotiation and networking Working experience of vendor management software Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures Solid judgement along with decision making skills Strong leadership capabilities BS degree in supply chain WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WITH Strong personality and ability to work independently Willingness to take over responsibility and able to act and manage under pressure Ability to deal with people on a senior management level Goal orientation and competitive spirit Excellent team player Monitor industry trends and marketplace experiences relevant to operations NB!
