ILF Consulting Engineers is a leading engineering and consulting company with 40 offices around the world. Since 1967, ILF has successfully executed more than 6000 projects in over 100 countries. We have been working with industry leaders in solving complex engineering and project management challenges in the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Energy and Climate Protection, Water and Environment, Transport and Structures. Currently, ILF Consulting Engineers is looking for HR Manager to join Almaty office. Deadline is 1st March 2019. Responsibilities: Manage personnel of HR/DCC/IT and Logistic department. Manage recruitment of company manpower within the required professions. Take part in developing personnel policy and company personnel strategy. Work on recruitment, selection and re-allocation of personnel. Conduct induction for new company employees. Participate in quarterly ILF Group HR meetings. Arrange certification of company engineers, with methodical and informational support. Participate in setting up a system of overall performance evaluation, personnel professional development and advancement. Take part in preparing improved training process. Provide timely formulation of employees hiring, transfer and termination. Provide preparation of documents for employees the mandatory accident insurance. Provide preparation of documents for employees the voluntaries medical insurance as well as for their families. Provide preparation of documents for company military employees and monthly reports for Military offices. Conduct systematic analysis of HR work within the company, develop recommendations for improvement. Provide appropriate reporting on personnel headcount and working with personnel for Labor Department. Manage and monitor process of obtaining work permits for company foreign personnel, obtaining visas for foreign/national employees, registration of foreign employees. Work with outsourcing companies. Coordinate company team-buildings. Participate in HR conferences. Requirements: Knowledge of HR local regulations. Be able to use all the resources effectively and efficiently. Be competent to solve managerial and organizational problems. Be highly motivating towards employees to improve productivity and be able to make feel each and every employee. Awareness of compliance and audit processes. Knowledge of computer based systems including, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages. Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision. Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management. Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority. Team player within and across functions. Excellent written and spoken English and Russian are mandatory. Kazakh is advantageous. 10 year experience in HR. Conditions: Location: Almaty Normal Rotation: 5/2 Hours: 40 hrs (Monday-Friday) Duration: 1 year with option of prolongation, start as soon as possible Monthly salary: to be discussed.
