Education and work experience : Technical University degree and experience not less than 3 years in a similar function Task oriented with good analytical skills Strong interpersonal and English communication skills – verbal and written Necessary knowledge and skills: Methodical approach related to the work performed Get familiar with the company structure, its divisions and acting key personnel Follow security personnel’s instructions on visitor’s access to the office of the company Know internal labor regulations Follow etiquette of common business communication Means of communication, office equipment and computer and the rules of their operation Labor legislation of the RoK Regulations and norms of safety arrangements and precautions, industrial sanitary and firefighting safety Job Responsibilities: Establish, implement and improve an overall project planning system in the E&P department. To provide full planning, work management, work analysis and guidance service to all operations in company To ensure plans are tracked and reported as per business requirements Highlight and offer solutions to problems and point out areas of improvements. Be pro-active in all matters relating to cost, planning and risk analysis. Develop overall project plan for the whole scope of work at the required level of details. Maintain all plans in readiness for weekly/monthly reporting as well as for dashboard meetings. Ensure that all short term critical tasks are reviewed on a weekly basis. In conjunction with contracts and procurement department, support the development and updating of the project contracts plan. Develop and maintain internal and external department reports Develop project planning and controls guidelines. Assist in the development and maintaining of general department planning activities. Maintain close liaison with upper management on all planning matters. Review the requirement of early risk analysis tools to evaluate operations. Ensure that contractor’s schedule and planning systems and resources are appropriate for the requirements. Prepare monthly planning and scheduling reports. Monitor periodic schedules and highlight discrepancies in relation to delays. Perform schedule analysis, advice on discrepancies Develop and maintain a schedule control method for all contractors/subcontractors. Assist in preparation of presentation materials. Make and maintain a file of the documents developed in the working process. Work breakdown structure (WBS) accuracy. Dealing with confidential information in a professional way. Aktau 5/2
