For our Moscow Office (EAGE Geomodel LLC) we are currently looking for a: Event Manager Assistant The job includes both technical tasks and communicating with all parties of the event organization process. As Event Manager Assistant you will have the following responsibilities: Responsibilities: Organization of events: Assist Event Managers in: • Gathering information about locations and suppliers on request • Maintaining the event websites • Assisting with on-site activities, logistics support Creating the technical program: • Assisting with “paper handling” • Input authors, committees, reviewers, papers to the database • Input and maintenance of the technical program in the membership and registration database • Preparation of and participation in meetings of technical program committees • Mailings • Phone calls • Assisting Event Managers with organizing the workshop package for events • Assisting Event Managers with organizing field trips for events General: • Maintaining the events e-mail inbox • Handling registration data • Point of contact for the Events department with regards to office supplies and catering requests for meetings • Processing and archiving of administrative handlings Requirements include: ?????? Qualifications: • Higher education completed • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, excellent command of Excel, experience with html • Experience or interest in automating routine tasks is a plus • Excellent knowledge of English in spoken and written form • Excellent communication skills and service-oriented • Organizational skills • Enthusiastic and motivated • Accurate Terms: ?????
