ENTER Engineering Group is specializing in the construction of industrial and technological facilities of any complexity. With its vast experience in oil and gas industry, ENTER Engineering executes EPC contracts and provides a whole range of construction works while implementing “turnkey” projects. The Group is one of the acclaimed leaders in the field of oil and gas construction in Central Asia and Russian Federation. One of the Group’s shareholders is Gazprombank. Among its clients are such companies as LLC “LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company”, JSC “Arctic Gaz”, OJSC “Gazprom”, OJSC “Gazprom Zarubezhneftegaz”, JSC “AK Transneft”, JSC “NK Rosneft”, Hyundai Engineering and Construction, Petronas, NHC “Uzbekneftegaz” and others. Responsibilities: Responsible for overall QUALITY CONTROL of all construction activities at site and shop including TEST. Development of QA/QC inspection and test plans (ITP) and RFI formats acceptable to client requirements. Responsible for all inspections at site and inclusive of witnessing, sentencing, recording and reporting the result and resolving any problem arising Implement the established and approved project specification and international standards and ensure that all inspection is executed efficiently and expeditiously in order to comply with the master project schedule. Liaison to conduct Interview for all sub contractors qc personal and 3rd party ndt technicians. Preparation of inspection requests as per site activity and coordination with client inspector for inspection. Resolving technical issues with project manager, if any technical documents discrepancies, ambiguities, confusion or quires, expressed by sub contractor/construction department or client. Prepare and issue non conformance reports (NCR), resolve by developing and implementing corrective measures and ensure that it is implemented. Follow up of the outstanding issues of client were completed prior to start any activities Review of quality related documents of sub contractors & test pack for hydro test. Monitoring the subcontractor activities and reporting to project manager. Preparing handover certificates & provisional acceptance certificates to complete the project. Coordinate with the engineering department regarding design modification encountered during final inspection. Compliance with the site SATORP HSE rules and regulations. Understanding OA/OC programe and procedure NCR control procedure Requirements: Degree of bachelor's degree Work experience in oil &gas projects is minimum 3 years. Certificate of professional suitability. Acknowledge international code (ASME, API, ASTM) Russian- fluently English- fluently Availability of recommendations and feedback on the implemented projects. Excellent user of Excel and MS Word Conditions: Relocation to the Republic of Uzbekistan. Payment for the flight. Work on the project to build infrastructure for the oil and gas industry. Payment of accommodation and meals. The operating mode is not shift. Salary is discussed with final candidates
