Provide Support, LLC (New York, USA) is an IT product development company serving customers all over the world. Since August 2003, we have been helping businesses to improve their customer service and increase sales. We are looking for a passionate Marketing/Sales Officer to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. A successful Marketing/Sales officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business. Responsibilities: Design and implementation of the global marketing strategy across USA, Canada and Europe; Analysis of the effectiveness of current sales channels and the search for new ones, lead generation; Manage and execute innovative marketing promotional solutions for advertising and new lead generation programs. Monitor and evaluate all campaigns and programs for effectiveness and efficiency. Create and maintain a social media marketing plan Maintain all social media outlets/platforms Develop content and messaging for a variety of social media and marketing campaigns Work closely and collaboratively with a creative team to produce content and design for multiple social media channels Analysis of competitors' strategies; Assessing sales performance and reporting. Requirements and Qualifications: Both fluent writing and speaking English is a must; Must possess strong writing and editing skills with careful attention to detail. At least 1 year of practical experience in execution of digital marketing and sales campaigns; Experience with startups; Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges; Strong communication skills, client management; Strong understanding of modern media channels; Experience working with analytical and lead management tools; Self-motivated and proactive; Sales driven and result oriented person.
