We’ve grown rapidly–and organically–over the last 12 months and are looking for a creative leader to help us create predictably for scale, and take us to the next level. As a Marketing Designer you’ll report to the Head of Brand&Buzz and work cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Sales, and People teams to develop remarkable product marketing and communication campaigns, special projects, and rethink an approach for product storytelling. We are looking for a self-starter who could come up with unobvious design decisions and be brave enough to articulate their value. Key responsibilities: Designing the website, landing pages, special projects; Preparing assets for marketing campaigns: banners, posts, visuals; Developing digital collateral and printed handouts; Creating product visuals — static and motion. Experience Needed: 2-4 years of design experience, preferably in a design studio or marketing department of a software company. Experience in executing across print, editorial, communication, experiential, and digital design. Strengths in typography, web design, marketing communication design, visual storytelling and highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity working with video production. Up-to-date with all current design trends, technologies and web standards. Skills Needed: Good communication skills and the ability to justify their design decision, based on understanding customer insights and the goal we want to hit. A highly organized self-starter, skilled at working productively in a cross-functional team environment (e.g., design, content, web development, external agencies). English — Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate, required.
