Clio Online specializes in digital and online learning resources. The initial idea behind Clio Online was to transform the world of teaching and learning through innovative, creative, and compelling learning materials for teachers to integrate in teaching, and for students to have great fun with during class. On behalf of Clio Online , Ciklum is looking for Site Manager to lead the team in Vinnytsia on full-time basis. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for managing team in Vinnytsia, driving a combination of agile best practices and leadership. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and maintain software development teams in the account of 20+ people. Work closely with Managers, Product Owners on Client’s side to ensure successful completion of the strategic projects. Drive the Scrum process and agile best practices: Support communication of the product vision, proactively identify and remove impediments Monitor and measures agile scrum team performance, quality metrics Identify areas of continuous improvement and drive execution of changes Oversee effective development estimations across teams to drive realistic delivery timescales. Increase project management’s effectiveness by taking part in staffing, orienting, training, coaching engineers in the teams. Communicate Company’s policies and guideline values, strategies, and objectives. Take part in planning, budgeting, driving performance, continuous quality and process improvement. Coordinate communication processes with Denmark Requirements: Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects. Background in software development. Experience in Customer relations management, Requirement management, Risk management, Change management. Proven ability to lead teams in an Agile environment. Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Personal skills : Excellent leadership skills and mentoring others. Ability to lead self-organizing teams and drive change through influence. Complex problem solving skills. Ability to go to business trips. Desirable: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or a PMP are both a plus to have. BS or equivalent / Master’s Degree. What's in it for you?
