Reports to : Client Europe Account Leader JOB DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this position is to direct and oversee the facility services for the Client CEE sites and manage performance metrics in accordance with account KPI’s (Key Performance indicators). This role oversees the performance of subordinate managers and Affiliate partners in the areas of operations. This role Provides operational leadership for all aspects of the IFM service line of business within the account, by achieving goals and objectives centered on Operational Excellence, Account business growth, meeting financial performance, and deployment of EFM products and programs to the account with the intent to achieve excellence in client satisfaction. This role initially is responsible for all operational deliver to 5 manufacturing and 19 commercial offices sites located in CEE countries of Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia and Ukraine. This is subject to change as we transition countries and sites through 2017 & into 2018. Responsible for developing reduce business interruptions and increase overall Client account performance through the promotion and utilization of EFM best practices and processes that enable operational excellence. Account dedicated Ops Leaders shall act as a single point of contact for all other Ops Leaders outside of the division and/or region. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspire a strong culture of ”Safety First” and seek to exceed safety initiatives to ensure a safe workplace. For that all CBRE service delivery comply with Client quality processes and ensure that CBRE participate in any site quality audits Ensure that all sites within the region have implemented GWS QHSE processes and remain in compliance Responsible for full site P&L (Revenue, GM, TWC) as well as growth (OOS/Additional works) Set priorities and performance expectations for the Client account in conjunction with the Regional Alliance Director. Build a team of strong site leaders. Drive team performance plans, corrective action, reviews and award recommendations. Develop, implement and monitor short and long range operations Plans and budgets for the region. Ensure key metrics are achieved to support the Client account strategy and targets, including financial growth, customer satisfaction and operational/service excellence goals. Drive operational excellence (Continuity/Compliance) at a site and regional level Drive achievement of glide path targets with no delivery disruptions. Leverage the Client account functional areas and subject matter experts, including Engineering, Critical Environments, Health, Safety & Environmental, Strategic Sourcing, and Energy Services, to drive best practices and processes. Continuously improve the quality/cost/performance of the service delivery at site level and within the region. Review site leader staffing levels, staff performance, succession planning, training and recruitment to ensure that CBRE attracts and retains the best local talent. Ensure client account objectives are driven through and that talent is grown. Builds a strong relationship with local customers/clients, address, resolve and sponsor client relations issues. Support account leadership and modify the services deliverables in accordance with changes in client’s business needs. Monitors performance against client contract KPIs and SLAs. Take corrective action with site leadership when results fall below established targets. Participate in customer monthly site governance and other customer meetings as required; support QBR and MBR reporting requirements Actively share and implement best business practices and other operating innovation throughout GWS. Participate in account communication requirements and associated activities to drive Employee Engagement improvement Other duties as they may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: A proven leader of people, business and operations who motivates teams to effectively deliver operational targets. Fluent in Russian and English language Enthusiastic and confident professional with excellent ability to set deliverables, lead people through influence, demonstrate organizational and leadership skills. Evidence of successfully leading from the front. Able to solve advanced problems and effectively deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Proven operational experience preferably within a manufacturing and technical environment experience in developing and delivering complex property/ facilities management outsourced solutions to multi-national corporate clients. Highly customer focused, with good Customer Relationship Management experience. Combination of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, real estate and/or operational experience in facilities management. Master’s degree also desirable. Skilled communicator in large groups and one-on-one. Strong leadership and management experience in Facilities Management related business within the Region.
