Ciklum is looking for a driven and successful IT Buyer to join our Procurement Department in Kyiv office. It is a position for young, energetic, self-organized and highly motivated talents who would like to develop their career in a big international IT company. Responsibilities: Procurement of IT hardware and software on a daily basis Conduct benchmarking analysis of market selecting the right suppliers Negotiate best prices and ensure the products are delivered on time Meet all changes in customer demands Process invoices from vendors Communication with clients Reporting to the head Requirements: Education – higher (IT/economic/accounting/ technical) Experience on similar (IT procurement) position from 1 years Working experience with international suppliers/providers would be a benefit Knowledge of Windows 7-10, Mac OS X, MS Office 2007-2016 Basic knowledge of Ukrainian accounting/purchasing documentation Understanding of IT hardware/software market Experience in methodology (writing of procedures, manuals) is a plus English – upper-intermediate High level of communication is a must Proactive, communicative, open minded, good self-management skills, calm, responsible, stress persistent What’s in it for you?
