IKEA Centres develops and manages retail destinations for the many people, anchored by IKEA stores. Our global portfolio includes 40 shopping centres and 25 retail parks that together attract more than 400 million visitors per year in 14 countries in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a passionate, leading, business minded and project delivery oriented professional to work as Low Voltage Engineer in MEGA Adygea. Responsibilities: Be responsible for planning, organization, supervision and control of technical operation and maintenance performed by subcontractors; Provide recommendations on increasing efficiency of the building systems aimed at optimization of costs and operational processes; Ensure that preventive maintenance schedules, procedures, programs, tests, inspections, etc. comply with the recommendations of the manufacturers, IKEA requirements and requirements and norms of Russian legislation; Prepare reports on performance of maintenance and repair works, testing of systems & equipment, systems & equipment status; Allowing emergency situations, taking the necessary measures to eliminate the consequences; Review Tenants’ design documentation, monitor it’s fit-out and reconstruction progress and take part in premises commissioning; Be responsible for establishing, updating and proper maintenance of technical documentation (design documents, technical passports, technical acts, logbooks for the systems and equipment, etc) within the scope of responsibility; Be responsible for keeping systems, equipment and technical premises in appropriate condition; Be responsible for timely replenishment of spare parts and consumables stock within the scope of responsibility; Take part in development, review & revision of preventive maintenance programs, maintenance schedules, procedures and guidelines on commissioning, maintenance and operation of the building systems; Participate in equipment inventory, preparation and execution of reports and technical documentation, Observe and ensure observance by IKEA and contractors’ employees of the labor safety, fire safety and building safety rules; Personally conduct maintenance and repairs of equipment/systems upon necessity. Replacement low-current systems engineer when this is necessary; Systems/ building elements under direct responsibility including but not limited to: Public announcement systems; Multimedia and Interactive Systems; Fire alarm system; Automatic water extinguishing systems, including pumping stations; Closed Circuit Television (CCTV and IP CCTV); Access control and Intrusion alarm system; Video System; Intercom system; Audio and video broadcasting system; IT, telephone and structured cable System; Fireproof cabinets and fire extinguishers; Fire hydrants, including pumping stations; Building Management System (BMS); Car Counting System; Counting visitors system. Requirements: Higher Education; 3-5 years of working experience as an Engineer; Experience working with contractors; Analytical skills, both strategic and technical thinking; Strong communication skills; Basic verbal and written communication skills in English Good computer literacy: MS Office, MS Outlook, AutoCAD (MagiCAD).
