Job Description and Responsibilities Manage analysis process of the content and scope of work, required resources and possible risks. Interact with Customer for confirmation and approval project and processes requirements, including quality, budget and terms Active interaction with Customer at all stages of the project in order to clarify requirements to technical tasks, as well as creation and receipt of new tasks. Provide required level of Customer satisfaction by development and implementation correcting and preventive actions, directed to increase of project teamwork efficiency, product quality, deadlines compliance in strict accordance with approved budget. Provide systematic receiving of the information about Customer’s satisfaction, analyze this information and if necessary develop correcting and preventive actions. Make reports to management about results of analysis of Customer’s satisfaction Make proposals regarding development of long-term business plans (LRBP). Provide its implementation in the projects of his responsibility Define project goals (including quality goals, timely work implementation and Customer satisfaction), focused of organization’s and business unit goals achievement in accordance with project development strategy and requirements of internal documentation. Controls project goals achievement Make reports for company’s managers about achievements of goals. Collect, analyze and transfer reliable data of quality, timely work execution and Customer satisfaction to Project Management department and Director of production unit Monitors and controls progress of work and its accordance to requirements. Systematically analyze work results. Make reports about work progress and results Identify inconsistencies in the processes, analyze causes of identified inconsistencies, develop correcting and preventive actions and provide its implementation Provides prevention of transmission of the design documentation to the Customer without complying with the requirements. Define and appoint executive of the project, who will have decision-making authority Identify risks and possible negative consequences and take appropriate actions (correcting and preventive) for providing accordance to Customer’s requirements to projects (control of quality, budget, timeliness of project implementation, Customers satisfaction) Manage and control project budget. Control veracity or working time, spent to execution of project and providing to Customer for payment. Plan, confirm, organize and control project overtime works Summarize results of project execution together with technical mangers, engineering manager and Customer. Manage Lessons Learned documentation Manage project plan: develop project plan, keep it up to date, organize confirmation and approval, inform about this plan his direct employees Manage project plan execution: define process and necessary programs, keep it up to date, and be responsible for process execution results. If necessary, provide development of project execution procedure and manage this procedure Define resources needs, necessary for project or processes implementation. Send resources request to other business units of organization. Provide coordination of plans, scope of work, resource needs, charts, risks with contiguous departments of organization and their Customers Together with technical manager forms project group, define and nominate employees at key roles in the projects. Develop and keep up to date organizational structure of the project Provide and control fulfilment of the requirements of organization’s guidelines and regulations, ethics policies, safety rules, rules of company’s property use, optimize working time use Qualifications Bachelor Degree required; degree in engineering will be an advantage At least 3 years’ experience of engineering project management Project management experience, PMP certification desirable Competencies: Risk analysis and risk management skills Basic knowledge in finance Leadership skills. Successful experience of project group management Full English proficiency Ability to build positive relationship with customer Significant presentation skills Ability to “sell the idea” to the customer Flexibility, out of box thinking Work experience as part of international team Ability to coordinate and manage short term and long term projects Ability to make decisions in uncertain environment and take risks
