Egis has been present in Ukraine since 1993. Over the next 20 years Egis, a key engineering group in France, continued its support to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, the State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) as well as other executive bodies in Ukraine. Now Egis Ukraina has more than 60 employees working on a full-time and part-time schedules. Its central office is located in Kyiv and project offices are hosted in Mykolaiv, Lutsk, Kharkiv and Lviv. Being a local partner of Egis Group in Ukraine, Egis Ukraina supports and manages a number of Group's projects, but also holds effective policy dialogue with local authorities. Duties: You will manage a pool of various consulting projects in civil engineering, from a global standpoint, in order to have them aligned with the company's financial & strategic objectives The range of your responsibilities on each project will involve the usual project management duties: contract management, budget & planning management, resource management, quality management, change management & risk management A strong focus will be required on managing communication with and between the project stakeholders: client (often governmental), financing institution (IFIs), International experts, Internal Project team... You will report regularly and internally to the management team in order to give a clear follow-up on the projects' advancement, escalate & mitigate the risks, manage the changes You will need from time to time to travel within Ukraine and abroad (esp. CIS), depending on the project's requirements Your job will also include the structuration of our growing Project Management Team, helping setting the tools and processes (PMO) to ensure an effective execution of the Projects Job requirements : Mandatory: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management in line with the above-mentioned duties Experience working in an international environment: either working in a multinational company in Ukraine, or abroad, or closely with international stakeholders (experts, IFIs) Very good presentation skills, ability to fit with various levels of audience (management team, technical experts, subcontractors, banks, institutional clients,...) Capacity & desire to understand the project high-level technical stakes, digest them & make them understandable to non-initiates Willingness to work in a small and growing team, helping structuring the activity (hands-on approach & pro-activeness) Fully operational use of the following MS-office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Fluent in Ukrainian & Russian (written and verbal) Nice-to-have: The following would be a strong asset to any application: Fluent in English (written and verbal) Project Management Certification : PMP® or Prince2 A technical background (education or professional experience) in Engineering, and esp.
