In Purchasing and Logistics Area North East Europe we have suppliers in 2 countries- Russia and Kazakhstan. Our office is located in Moscow with a 150 employees. Sustainability Compliance Manager Purchasing & Logistics Area North East Europe Do you have a passion for People, Society and Planet? Then this just might be the right challenge for you! Purchasing and Logistics Area North East Europe (PLA NEE) is looking for Sustainability Compliance Manager to join our team. We have approx. 150 co-workers located in Moscow with a close connection to local market, our customer and with a very dynamic and changing business environment. We are looking for a passionate and ambitious leader, with a strong desire to grow, engage people and develop a sustainable business. You will be part of the very ambitious and active management team and will lead our Sustainability team of seven devoted co-worker with passion for People, Society and Planet. Snapshot of the assignment: Support business teams to secure sustainable and compliant business in daily operation towards the set goals for customer satisfaction, legal and health requirements and IKEA Sustainability standard. Lead and develop processes to secure right from the beginning in new Supplier start up. Verification of Sustainability related processes. Responsible to build knowledge and support with trainings for co-workers and suppliers to support performance and continuous improvements. Lead and inspire co-workers to maximize utilization of Sustainability competencies by use better ways of working, processes, frameworks and tools in both PLA NEE and matrix dimension As part of the Purchasing and Logistic Sustainability matrix, lead and/or contribute to global projects and development. Responsible for recruitment, development, performance management, retention and succession plans for co-workers in the Sustainability team. To be successful in this role we believe you are business minded with a strong people focus and commitment for IKEA culture and values. Additionally you have: Ability to lead on all levels with business and people strategies in mind. Proven leadership experience and ability to lead business through people. Capability to build trust and relationships as well as lead, develop and inspire people. Capability to coach and transfer knowledge.
