Concept- and process design: Design of concepts and processes (implementation of the lean concept in different facilities) under consideration of various premises and dependencies. Implementation of the concepts and processes based on MPS practical experience. Further development of methodologies (e.g. production smoothing, material supply, lean accounting). Process analysis and coordination with different interfaces and key determinants on the basis of various methods (e.g. value stream analysis, lean checks). Summary of the results, identification, presentation and evaluation of the improvement potentials on the basis of specific Lean-Manufacturing-Methods, using ergonomic data, knowledge and results, process restructuring. Support of the implementation, introduction and representation of the respective measures. Qualification process and ressource planning based on the current problem areas and requirements and coordination with the specialist departments. Analysis of the requirements and framework conditions regarding recurring or temporary problems in collaboration with the appropriate departments. Clarification of the interfaces roles. Adjustment der existing qualification offers. Identification and clarification of the backgrounds, practical constraints, correlations , dependencies, associated with operating issues as well as special tasks of the departments. Creating mutual understanding and acceptance of the Lean-Manufacturing implementation. Management of Mercedes-Benz Production System projects: Leadership role (responsible to ensure the qualification skills of employees, lead and motivation of subordinate employees). Project management in MPS area of responsibility. Pre-structuring and classification of the project contents, definition of the work packages. Preparation of timeline and scheduling as well as budget planning. Creation and coordination of a project assignment. Project supervision, monitoring of the target achievement (e.g. quality, costs, timeline) and if needed working out of the corrective measures. Regular project reporting. Mercedes-Benz Production System Audits: Carrying out of MPS-Audits for complex /cross-linked processes and systems, analysing of the current state of the situation compared to standards and Best-Practise. Recognition and demonstration of lacking standards. Evaluation of the interaction of the single processes/ technologies. Reporting of the audit results to the responsibles units. Requirements: University degree with focus on engineering and equivalent work experience. Good understanding of tools and quality, basic knowledge and skills in the field of technology. Several years of experience in the international environment and possibly already guiding experience in Russia. Experience: Apprenticeship of 3 years and 3-4 years work experience necessary. English-Upper Intermediate. Conditions: Job location in North of Moscow Region (Esipovo). Competitive salary level.
