1. Technologies: Java J2E Weblogic Oracle 2. Context/Introduction and Objectives This contract is dedicated to the maintenance of employer`s financial systems CRIS, EAMR, EAMR-HQ and BPC. Given the close interactions between the aforementioned systems and employer`s internal systems, some integration works or studies may be requested. Consequently, activities for system maintainance and interoperability works will be split into work packages for this specific contract. These activities will include sub-tasks which will be specified in each work package or QTM. Both the "software release and maintenance" and "support management, including system document management" activities are covered by this specific contract. 3. Tasks address new requirements of the employer`s Financial Systems; address new business requirements; enhance the aspects such as the performance or the ergonomy of the application; performvarious integration works with employer`s internal system The candidate will be required to familiarize with the next employer's applications for this specific contract: CRIS EAMR-Admin, EAMR-HQ, and EAMR application BPC various integration works between the employer`s internal systems 4. Required expertise The candidate will be required to familiarize with Financial Regulation of the employer and the procedure and practical guide(PRAG). 5. Activities The activities will be performed using QTM (Quoted Time and Means) where the precise scope and deliverable will be defined. These QTMs will include some or all of the following activities: technical analysis and design development deployment and configuration hand-over take-over prototyping acceptance testing technical support technical documentation and training The maintenance service should address the following activities: To respond to any technical questions that may arise at any moment during the production life of the application to be addressed by experts from the contractor`s development team To be able to react quickly to major issues which may arise in the normal production cycle, whether or not linked to urgent changes to be performed in the application. To ensure the implementstion of change requests that may arise from employer`s business users of it`s financial systems during the operation of the systems. Technical interventions must be foreseen in Comission premises for: technical analysis workshops validation of technical analysis and design artefacts POC validation help on installations incident analysis and resolution project status meeting The employer is not obligated to make use of the complete volume or to make use of every task or activity specified in this description. The employer may terminate the project at any time. The specifications (maximum duration & volume of activities) for each activity per task will be broken down into work packages and sub-tasks detailed in the corresponding QTM form and QTM technical annex. These QTM forms and technical annexes will be provided by employer to the contractor during the period foreseen for the execution of the specific contract The volume of activities will be specified in each work package(QTM)
