Huge international industrial company She/he will be responsible for the performances of 3PL warehousing suppliers and for the correct application of inventory control policies, cost control, budget and improvement projects responsibilities will be also part of the role, within the scope of 3PL warehousing suppliers The role includes the following responsibilities: Receiving, Putaway: 1.Assign priorities in order to ensure highest service level to customers and shorter cash cycle time 2.Improvements: a.highlight any opportunity b.propose improvement initiatives to management 3.Cost Management (3PL): a.Verify congruence of volumes recorded (lines, weight) vs service invoiced b.Highlight any discrepancy to management 4.Service Support: be the contact point for Customer Service and Material Management for Inbound material (urgent backorders, high value lines, tenders consolidation) Quality Control: 1.Record all the relevant KPIs a.RMC: errors from Suppliers b.LPM: claim lines approved per million lines shipped c.PPM: claim quantities approved per million pieces shipped 2.Investigate root causes and work process bottom up in order to propose preventive actions 3.Record and control the value of quality (losses due to quality issues) 4.Responsible for CICS activity Storage: 1.Report to Material Management any saturation risk (excessive) or opportunity (low) and coordinate corrective actions 2.Ensure that logical, physical and accounting stocks are aligned on a weekly basis 3.Ensure timely execution of Rebin and Dismantling activities Pick, Pack, Ship: 1.Assign priorities in order to ensure highest service level to customers 2.Monitor outbound service level and correct as early as possible any deviation from targets 3.Service Support: be the contact point for Customer Service and Material Management for Outbound material (urgent backorders, high value lines, tenders consolidation) 4.Ensure daily booking of transports matches market requests 5.Provide Transports team with any relevant information for maximizing carriers efficiency Requirements: Higher degree in logistics/ technical/ commerce; 2-4 years of experienced in similar position; Good knowledge of supply chain, supplier control of 3PL operators; Hands-on attitude, flexible and able to work independently, capable of negotiating with suppliers and internal customers; Precise, detailed and able to deal with legal and financial documents, proactive approach and capability to work under a pressure, ready to work on extended hours if needed; Good English skills, regular practice of communication in English; Professional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office programs (Excel, Word, Access).
