The Group is one of the acclaimed leaders in the field of oil and gas construction in Central Asia and Russian Federation. One of the Group’s shareholders is Gazprombank. Among its clients are such companies as LLC “LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company”, JSC “Arctic Gaz”, OJSC “Gazprom”, OJSC “Gazprom Zarubezhneftegaz”, JSC “AK Transneft”, JSC “NK Rosneft”, Hyundai Engineering and Construction, Petronas, NHC “Uzbekneftegaz” and others. The vacancy implies relocation to the Republic of Uzbekistan. Duties: Planning of project pipelines, analysis and evaluation of project capabilities in the area of ??pipelines, identification of pipeline routes, evaluation of FEED configuration and documentation, customer specifications, preparation and analysis of material applications, Evaluation of supplier proposals and Technical recommendation, evaluation of vendor documents, technical interactions (internal and external), work planning, including labor force planning; Interaction with the following disciplines: technology, general construction works,Instrumentation and automation; Interaction with suppliers, PMC, client on various technical issues; Development of technical tasks for Feasibility studies, basic design, EPC; Evaluation P&ID, HAZOP, 3D modelling; Requirements: Knowledge of international project plannung standards; Knowledge of the requirements of Shell DEP, EIL, Toyo, TECHNIP, JACOBS and other international standards and specifications; Higher technical education, preferably building or oil and gas profile; Work experience in construction is 15 years and above (i ready to consider candidates with experience of participation in 2-3 large projects), it is necessary to have experience in preparing and implementing at least 2-3 large projects from the feasibility study, FEED, EPC, commissioning in the field of oil and gas processing, the production of polyolefins; Knowledge of international standards used in capital construction and development of oil and gas fields; Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodological materials on production planning and operational management; English at the level not lower than Advanced and the practice of business communication in English; Availability of certificates on raising the level of qualification, attestation, special professional courses; Knowledge and practice in programs: MS Office and specialized design programs in 2D and 3D; Availability of recommendations and feedback on the implemented projects. Сonditions: Relocation to the Republic of Uzbekistan. Payment for the flight. Work on the project to build infrastructure for the oil and gas industry. Payment of accommodation and meals.
