Your team Toyota Technical Center (R&D) in Europe is responsible for the design & styling, planning, development and production of attractive, superior quality cars matching European market requirements. Within our R&D organisation, Vehicle Design division plays a key role in the early design and styling development of our future models. The role of the Design team is to join the initial concept making, sketches and product design through the creative use of computer software. Your Responsibilities You will be part of a team that is taking care of the style development for our future and existing product. You will work closely together with exterior, interior and color style designers and engineers by: . Research and forecast style trend for the future. . Make concept for future products. . Create a new style for our product, together with our exterior, interior and colour style designers. . Develop proposal models and mocks with stylists, modellers and model suppliers. . Develop style data and secures both, styling quality and production quality, with colour and material suppliers, fabric makers, parts suppliers. . Control and follow up actual production with our engineering teams. Requirements : . Bachelor's degree in art or industrial design . Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working with production related industry or design office. . Very good knowledge of car styling and automotive industry including current trends . Proven ability to create and develop styling, colour and material coordination. . Graphic software experience . Good project management skills . Fluent in English . Photoshop, Illustrator and 3Dsoftware knowledge preferred. . Skilled in different types of visualization/animation software preferred . Knowledge of Microsoft Office .
