We are looking for people who are friendly, welcoming and full of life; people who are always finding ways to make every guest’s experience an enjoyable one. The person is entitled to: Work with Corporate segment searching and contracting new clients; Actively prospect and qualify new business through outside sales calls and phone solicitation; Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts and rate agreements; Monitor and handle inquiry calls and provide client proposals in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures; Arrange and conduct special events, site inspections, and off-site presentations for potential clients; Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned area of responsibility; Attend and represent hotel at trade shows and conventions and/or participate in sales trips; Follow up with clients regularly during and after departure to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings; Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments. Requirements: Hotel sales manager experience at a full-service hotel with heavy outside sales experience and proven results; Fluent English Passionate to work in hospitality industry and serve as liaison between hotel and our clientele Bright personality with ability to establish mutually efficient cooperation Conditions: Salary depends on the candidate's experience and competence; Lunch; Free parking; Corporate mobile phone; IHG hotel discount; internal trainings and development.
