Essential Dairy & Plant-based division (EDP) produces and markets fermented fresh dairy products. In Russia we have 16 modern plants to produce our key brands – Danone, Prostokvashino, Activia, Actimel, Danissimo. At Danone, our purpose is to favour healthier eating practices, and we believe this can only be achieved by considering food in the broader sense: a cultural, social, emotional and physiological experience, where both nutrition and enjoyment play a key role to sustaining health. Finance department is in charge of budgeting process in Danone. This team works with large data volumes to find the best option for Danone to be efficient on the markets of Russia & CIS. That’s not easy but it’s never boring! In this role you will: – lead and support projects related to Tradi Categories development, create and implement profitability analysis by SKU, lead forecast process in Tradi BU - lead and support projects related OBPPC and category’s business models re-builds (for example: UHT category business model re-build) - lead and support projects related to top line strategy upgrade or re-build (for example price re-set a projects) - lead and support Promo & Activation model update, manage promo requests - create and implement profitability analysis by SKU - support Milk Balance forum form Tradi BU (risks & opps for additional Tradi volumes, lead decision making process) - lead forecast process for Tradi BU ( RF process, GPS, A&P Budget) Feel free to apply if: - you have experience in Finance Department not less than 5 years (financial controlling is preferred) - you have deep understanding of business processes, including non-finance (sales, marketing, industrial, logistic, C&P) - you have strategic thinking and ability to build business cases, incl. scenario analysis - you have strong communication skills, ability to build efficient relations with team/partners/stakeholders - you are ready to work in uncertainty environmental, stress tolerance - your level of English is no less than upper-intermediate (both spoken and written) In Danone you will get access to : Important projects influencing the whole business Career opportunities, because we are focused on employee development Competitive salary, sales bonuses and a wide social package Contribute to a healthier world.
