Direct manager: Russia Country Lead for Enterprise Program Terms of employment: Temporary contract till approx Q2-2022 Enterprise/SAP Implementation Program: The Enterprise/SAP Implementation Program is a significant transformation initiative for Teva. It involves implementing consistent, industry-standard business processes supported by integrated systems (SAP-based enterprise solutions) across Teva sites worldwide. If you join us, you will: Become part of a highly strategic, core program for Teva Join a mature project in its accelerated implementation stage Gain cross functional and cross site knowledge and help shape Teva's future business environment Work in a truly global, dynamic environment with exposure opportunities to other Teva Markets and their representatives Primary purpose and function of this position Change Management Lead will be working closely, guiding, supporting, consulting and monitoring change management activities at the market level. This will include Change Impacts, Communication, Training, End Users system access and local documents update. The Country OCM Lead will have a deep understanding of the current business processes and the potential Enterprise solutions He/she will be accountable for the successful execution of the OCM activities in the market to ensure all relevant deliverables are sucessfully achieved. Major Duties and Responsibilities Work closely and collaborate with the Regional OCM Lead and the Global Deployment OCM team Report weekly on OCM activities status Escalate issues, risks & propose mitigations Support identification of SME’s and Supper Users Capture and monitor the Change Impacts for their market including mitigation plan Lead the local End Users mapping Support the Train the Trainer Training program Oversee the local End User training coordination and execution Identify and analyze Stakeholders and Change Network relevant to the market level and assist with the engagement plan Provide feedback on the market business readiness for Go-Live Supervise the local documents updates Support local Communication Plan and Execution including translation when needed Skills and Capabilities Higher education From 3 years of proved experience in project management in multifunctional, preferably multinational environment Experience with pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage but is not mandatory Successful track records of ERP implementation Experience with SAP (advanced user or preferably implementation) Team leadership and Project Management skills Collaboration - Real team player Global mindset and End to End ownership way of thinking and sense of ownership Business acumen Excellent networking & stakeholder engagement capabilities 'Can do' and problem solving approach Fluent English – reading, writing, speaking
