What we do Organizations depend on IT for complete and accurate financial reporting and external auditors, in their turn, rely on IT systems and controls for an efficient and effective audit. KPMG’s information risk management team (IRM team) work with the following parties to help them achieve their objectives: Clients: To reassure shareholder interest that the IT function supports the business and is sufficiently controlled Auditors: To ensure IT audit objectives are identified, tested and reported efficiently in line with KPMG Audit Methodology. IRM team assists the audit team by providing assurance that the systems and applications used for the financial statements reporting are securely controlled and the related risks of error and fraud are minimized. You may be involved in: Participation in external IT audit engagements within the audit of financial statements Collecting and processing data from various sources Financial data analysis, decision making Administrative functions: filing documents, following internal risk management procedures, etc. To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: Higher education or last year student (computer science, mathematical or technical) Knowledge of at least one programming language Knowledge of the basis of the relational model for database Knowledge of SQL Experience in creating and modifying SQL scripts, stored procedures with MSSQL Server Management Studio/Oracle SQL Developer Ability to work with large amounts of data Fluent English and Russian OR At least upper-intermediate/intermediate English, fluent Russian Strong OR excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective team player Strong analytical skills and logical thinking Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask Stress resistance Ability to manage own time and work on several projects simultaneously Ability to work full-time OR ability to combine full-time work and study Seen as advantage: Experience in administering MS SQL Server Experience in administering Windows Server IT certifications Experience in Telecom and Banking or in highly IT-depended environment Work experience with general IT processes and Infrastructure or IT advisory experience with key market players We offer: Excellent opportunities for career and professional growth A wide range of training and development programs Great professional team and friendly environment Comfortable high-class office Competitive compensation package
