Обязанности:
Provide HR support and advice to co-workers and managers that helps building the pipeline of internal talent according to agreed succession plan, including future talent needs. Act as a cultural role model in ways that demonstrate the IKEA values within and outside IKEA, support and challenge line managers to safeguard and promote the IKEA Culture; Acts as a leader capable of managing change and transformations in people’s behaviors. Support line managers and co-workers in change processes; Supports leaders in building and developing effective teams, which is essential for developing the business and increasing customer satisfaction; Drive recruitment and on-boarding process in accordance with our policies and needs of the unit Lead employer branding activities, such as cooperation with universities, job agencies, participate in job fairs, internships coordination. Support and provide activities related to development in accordance with the strategy and needs Provide support and advice to co-workers and managers with regards to co-worker relations that are in line with the labour relations principles, local policies, procedures and laws Ensure collaboration and connection between competence and leadership development, succession and recruitment processes Support systematic development process for all co-workers from introduction through the competence staircase. Interact with Human Resources Service Centre (HRSC) on employee personal data, changes in employment terms and conditions, working time reporting, payroll-related issues to ensure correctness of payroll calculation data, handling other HR processes according to SLA. Support and develop local facilitators pool Participate in HR projects as a leader or team member Prepare and maintain required reporting including HR KPI's;
