Tizzi – we improve intimate life of women & couples with Sexual Wellness gadgets. Tizzi is a rapidly growing sex-tech startup & venture e-commerce company in its late Seed stage. We have recently closed a new financial round to become market leader in Russia & CIS and expand globally. You will join the team of successful entrepreneurs with banking & consulting background who launched venture projects of Rocket Internet across Eastern Europe & APAC region. What are the responsibilities? - Cash management : at this point in the life of the startup, cash is a king. You should be familiar with cash-tight situations and be savvy on cash-monitoring and forecasting. - Financial control : a first experience in financial control should be enough at this point. You are a data-driven individual, keen on analyzing everything in sight, and not afraid to challenge C-level management. - Funding : run the main funding rounds with VCs and target acquirers together with founders. But if you know the ropes to alternative funding opportunities (public grants, factoring, crowdfunding and the like), you will secure precious months of cash runway and save time and energy. - Processes & risk management : you should have experience in internal control to help founders to organize the company’s processes, so we are ready to scale at the push of a button when the time comes. Some experience in a legal department may come in handy, as we don’t have a CLO (Chief Legal Officer). - Accounting : interestingly, not yet crucial. Tizzi may still confidently rely on external accounting firms, and you only need to be able to speak the same language. Although, you may do it the other way round, may you? - Investors’ relationships : you must manage quantitative & legal communication with our investors. Founders always will be here, but still we see you as the first line. What is your background? - You have 4+ years of experience in top consulting firms, corporate & investment banks, VC funds. - You studied in top Moscow Universities (HSE, FU, MSU, etc.) or abroad. - You are fluent in English: you can both write & be a part of negotiations with foreign investors. - It is all about numbers and not only financial ones! We are looking for the business partner who can digitalize Tizzi & always challenge founders as well as divisions’ heads based on quantitative logic. What do we offer? - Extremely competitive salary.
