Responsibilities / In charge of: In accordance with Job Description; Collect the necessary technical, logistic and economic information necessary for drafting, development and update of production plans; Prepare the initial data for drawing up production plan and submit them to the direct supervisor for validation and confirmation; Carrie out the development of individual sections of the production plan, perform calculations and justifications for them; Design the models of possible scenarios, draft forecasts (realistic, optimistic, pessimistic), etc. Prepare the draft of changes to the plan due to the emergence of new factors that were not taken into account when drafting the production plan (inflation, force majeure, etc.). Take part in the feasibility study for the implementation of new projects at the Company (introduction of new products, construction and launch of new facilities, etc.). Take part in the development of measures for the efficient use of Company resources. Keep records and control over the implementation of individual stages / phases of the production plan; accumulate and process indicators of the fulfillment of production planned tasks, prepares analytical notes, reference materials based on the results of control and submit them to the direct supervisor. Accept incoming documents necessary for drawing up a production plan, check the correctness and reliability of the data contained therein. Prepare timely reports (daily, weekly, monthly); Perform work on the formation, maintenance and storage of a database of production planning information, make changes to the reference and regulatory information used in data processing. Requirements: Total work experience in project, production, construction planning and reporting - 3 and more years; Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Russian; Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Higher education: management / technical / economical / financial / mathematic Preferably / Advantages: Work experience in tubular, metallurgy, industrial, construction or oil & gas areas; Work experience on supervising role We offer: Interesting work in an international company; Stabile monthly remuneration; Provision of transport (shuttle minivan); Free lunch Possibility of career development
