Full Time Remote Work ListingLogic combines the excitement of a live auction and classified listings(real estate, motors etc), the look-and-feel and power of brand and the viral nature of social to generate real sales and scalable revenue from your social marketing strategy. ListingLogic is venture-backed and beginning to scale - customers in 40+ countries. We are looking for a intermediate to senior node.js Developer with a following skill-set below, however if you familiar with javascript in general or consider yourself good software developer, can write clean code in other languages, good with CSS and considering to dive into javascript we want you to apply. We are progressing with our Advertising Platform (FB) for automatic ads placement and spend optimization, this is excellent opportunity to became part of the core team and influence decision making as we go forward. Skills: UI/UX CSS SASS bootstrap, material, etc Angular JS Javascript/nodejs meanjs stack / asynchronous programming MongoDB or any other document based database Understanding of CI/CD process as well as Agile development/scrum Understanding of delivery pipeline. Good written and spoken English Front End: javascript html/css angularjs underscore/lodash requirejs less/sass (or other CSS pre-processors) swig templates Middleware: nodejs express mongoose IoC/dependency injection pattern REST meanjs Backend: Mongodb redis Nodejs Cloud based infrastructure Bonus Skills: DevOps experience (Jenkins, TeamCity, Go, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) Testing: mocha, karma, mockery, node qunit, httpMock, or similar Client side frameworks: React, Backbone, Ember, or similar Must Have Skill: Attention to details Ability to learn, share and encourage others to follow best practices We are very flexible on the stack that we have and welcome improvements and new technologies. This is the best sandbox one can wish for. You should have the ability to dive into the code and make progress without being new to things like icon fonts, semantic html, MV*, Front End templating, RESTful API design, JSON serialization/deserialization, asynchronous programming, document databases, etc. However if you new to some of those things your ability and ego to learn must excel. You must be a self motivated developer who is familiar working on a development team, within an agile development environment. You should be able to assist junior members and spread your knowledge.
