Motorica is seeking a Business Development professional to support the growth of the company in foreign markets. The BDM will be responsible for jointly building and deploying effective and targeted business development initiatives to create and implement GoToMarket strategy from 0 to start of sales. The BDM will work closely with internal Motorica teams and partners to drive awareness, demand, and enablement. Motorica is a leading innovative digital prosthetic company based in Skolkovo, Russia. Motoricans engineers provide reliable products approved and certified by prosthetic industry professionals. We believe that our clients are clients for life. Together we are moving to the digital era where people construct their bodies and use sophisticated assistive devices daily as a usual smartphone. Key Responsibilities: · Scanning and analyzing the global environment of the prosthetic industry to find the best market opportunity. · Creation of GoToMarket strategy of the target country. · Leading the implementation of GoToMarket timeline and working team. · Assesses, Creates, and launches initiatives and new ideas to increase partner recruiting, usage adoption, partner-led customer engagements, reviews, remediations, and incremental revenue. · Create, deliver, and enable sales in the region of presents. · Work closely with marketing, technical, and customer service departments to create the best combination of products for the product market fit and increasing sales and customer satisfaction. Basic requirements: · Bachelor's degree or equivalent exp. · Superior oral and written communication skills in Russian and English · 3+ years in BizDev and sales development in global products or services. · Executes visions and goals for the team or department. · Manage day-to-day aspects of partnerships. · Oversees structured deals that are small to medium-sized. · Can lead their own deals with limited oversight from others. · Understands and effectively negotiates within the boundaries of acceptable deal terms. · Responsible for supporting and managing relationships on small to medium projects or projects that are part of a larger deal. · May be active in the training and development of others. · Will regularly identify and bring forward issues or ideas to more senior team members. · Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferable requirements: · Master s Degree in a related field · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; highly motivated and effective within distributed teams with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives · An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently, ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial · Project Management · Medical industry experience related to the insurance system
