Qatar - Russia ("QR") is set up under the auspices of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to the Russian Federation ("Embassy"), with a mission to develop the bilateral business and cultural relations between the two countries. WHO WE ARE? Team of professionals, passionate about what we do and look beyond the realm of possibility providing the best of services. WE ARE LOOKING FOR The best candidate must have 3+ years relevant experience can join the team immediately and will be responsible for: — To prepare program architecture and concept of participation of Qatari entites in SPIEF-2021 — To develop events / sessions concepts, create program architecture, prepare potential topics lists, speakers to integrate — To communicate with entities’ focal points on their requests for partnerships with Russian conferences and events (Qatari speakers in Russian events, Russian speakers in Qatari events) — To communicate with entities’ focal points and conferences / sessions organizers on topic of preparations for the participation — To analyze and prepare proposals for the participation of Qatari organizations in the events and speakers integrations — To provide participation of relevant Qatari entities’ representatives in Russian significant events in area of education, edutainment, social — To develop program proposals and concepts for program part of the events such as FIFA, etc. — To keep accurately all the records in the database of all incoming information, statistics, prepare reports and references — To propose new formats and ideas on possible collaborations with the relevant Qatari entities in terms of programming — To be involved in the planning, review, execution and reporting of the Office of Knowledge and Innovation activity — To ensure all processes are in full compliance with the QR strategy and are documented in the records and databases REQUIRED SKILLS Master’s degree in business, economics, public policy, PR or other social relevant fields Grasping background in program development for conferences and forums Experience with cloud-based document management, collaboration tools and project management solutions Excellent communication skills, willing to have difficult conversations to work through issues and negotiations Result oriented busines acumen Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech Reference ability Be sure to have a willingness to perform a test task.
