European-based international company that is specialized in electronic transactions is currently looking for experienced and passionate leader to foster it’s Operations function Responsibilities: Lead Operations processes to optimize the value chain relationships within company businesses to deliver value and provide transparency to the organization on constraints, opportunities, etc. Run and lead operations activities such as S&OP process: prepare monthly S&OP deck using cross function input, Facilitate S&OP meeting and collaborate, research business issues to define risks and opportunities Logistic: inbound logistic from Asia, outbound logistic to RCIS territories and Europe Services: plan and control the performance of customization and warehouse activities outsourced in RCIS territories. Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) Develop, implement, and maintain a robust project demand forecasting model as well as review and calibrate on project demand (order and forecast) together with sales/PM team for the business on a regular basis. Manage S&OP activities that provide analysis which drive business decisions relative to improving service level, efficiency and customer service via streamlining processes and cost savings projects (Continuous Improvement) Drive the stock level reduction initiatives/low runner’s references. Control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive products on time. Logistics managers oversee warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and planning workers (insourced and outsourced). Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing Work with IT to design reports and processes that lead to simplification and enhanced business planning Work with senior stakeholders. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Work with the EMEA Operations leadership to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Support worker communication with the management team. Develop dashboards to provide transparency and single source of truth across functional areas to ensure alignment and optimal results Provide transparent production scheduling based on demand forecast as well as customer segmentation and analysis Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement to continually enhance the S&OP process. Support all transformation programs as per Group strategy. Establish seamless internal relationships with customer facing functions (Sales and Marketing), Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure transparency through value chain for optimal business results Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, technical discipline or equivalent focus 5 to 8 years of Supply Chain & Logistic experience gained through broad and deep experience in the field in multinational companies. Comprehensive understanding of ERP system process and key system functions related to demand planning, master scheduling and inventory management. Experience in influencing, developing and or motivating people from diverse backgrounds and differing customer background Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, proficient user of SAP/1C Strong analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels Demonstrated deep business and analytical skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently while also enjoying collaboration with cross-functional teams and other analysts Strong communication skills Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
