Internal communications Management for Citi in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan to maintain and strengthen Citi Reputation and Brand perception among employees. Reporting line to Public Affairs Director, Citi Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan Responsibilities: Development and implementation of the internal communications strategy for the company to maintain and strengthen company’s reputation among employees, and deliver on the other goals identified by the Public Affairs department Promotion of global and local internal and external initiatives, competitive advantages of the company, its products and services among employees Management of anti-crisis communications among employees in case crisis occurs Development and implementation of the internal informational campaigns Creation of internal communication materials of different formats (news, articles, presentations, stories, advertising, etc) Citi Brand guidelines promotion among employees and control over the compliance Development of the practice of social media usage to strengthen company positioning among employees and control over the compliance with regulations Conduction of research among employees on the priority topics Management of corporate social responsibility, charitable and volunteering programs, and their promotion among internal audiences Management of internal events for employees, provision of support to the company top management meetings with employees (town halls, forums, interviews, broadcast sessions and etc.) Management of the Intranet (news publication, leadership communication, public affairs page, etc) and internal forum Monitoring and analytics of internal communications quality and corrective action plan development/implementation based on the results. Knowledge/Experience 6+ years of work in Communications/Public Affairs/Internal Communications Experience in creation and implementation of communications strategies, conduction of employee opinion researches, creation of the information campaigns and promotion of the company’s products and services with Public Affairs instruments Project management experience Experience in preparation of informational and marketing materials of different types Experience in work with company’s leadership team, preparation of the meetings with employees (talking points, presentations) Experience in preparation of the company’s speakers, briefings Experience in organizing, moderating of events, and public speaking Experience of social media projects and conduction of the relevant campaigns Experience in external communications is welcome Experience in conduction of special media projects, and marketing communications is welcome Skills: Profound Windows, Office user, marketing design programs user High proficiency in the Russian language (verbal and written) is a must High proficiency in English language (verbal and written) is a must Strong communication skills, presentations, public speaking Good analytical skills Good negotiations skills Qualifications: Higher education (linguistics, public affairs, strategic communications, journalism, psychology, etc.) Experience of work in Public Affairs teams of the international companies / corporations in Russia, PR-agencies 5+ years Competencies: Works as a partner, build effective connections with partners Drives culture of meritocracy and transparency, initiative and courage Champions a culture of high standards, pushes for progress, embraces change and challenges the status quo Has high level of responsibility and ownership, committed to ethical behaviors Positive thinking, self-development, self-motivation Creativity.
