Main Purpose of Job To provide legal information, analysis, and advice to support achieving corporate objectives and profitable growth of Kimberly-Clark. Furthermore, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, Code of Conduct, and to create a safe environment for business operations. Main Responsibilities Support Marketing activities (including review of marketing claims, review of rules for marketing events, IP issues, personal data issues, review of contracts of Marketing department) Support from legal side the activity of Admin, HR, IT and other internal departments to ensure daily operations of company (research, review of vendor contracts, legal issues from such departments) IP issues administration Corporate compliance (corporate approvals, minutes and submissions, annual meetings, guidance on reporting and disclosures requirements, state authorities filings and applications works) Responsibility for inspections from state authorities (internal preparation, conduct, etc.) Commercial contracts for sales of products – review and approve Ensure that internal client understand and follow сorporate policies and procedures as part of achieving business objectives Supervise powers of attorney preparation and logging Work on administering legal tasks/papers/communications/reporting flows of business matters Supervisions of budget and external advisers invoices administration Trainings for internal clients GR and Security matters support Key Competencies / Skills Have an in-depth understanding of the clients, organization, and business objectives and be informed of current legal developments that might affect the internal clients' operations. Advise internal clients on legal/regulatory requirements relevant to their operations, and on legislation novelties developments to them Anticipate/foresee clients' legal issues to avoid adverse consequences for the business Maintain an appropriate overall breadth of legal knowledge Ensure professional development Use initiative and creativity in problem-solving Business partner attitude Be a team player, ensuring that the global interests of the corporation are met Develop internal credibility and trust Inspire confidence, provide sound, balanced, reasonable and practical legal advice, using common sense and prudence in evaluating situations, defend positions firmly without being persistent, and explain alternatives and legal risks Required Qualifications / Experience A sound mid-level lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Western or Russian FMCG companies (note: this position is only for candidates with FMCG background) An LL.B. degree or equivalent from one of top legal schools Experience with foreign or Russian private law firm will be a plus Experience with legal support of Marketing activities will be a plus Substantial expertise in general commercial, IP, antitrust, advertising and regulatory law The ability to deal with complex and important legal and business questions on subjects which impact the clients' operations Ability to multi-task English proficiency (verbal and written fluent) Computer literacy.
