OVERVIEW: We are looking for a pro-active, ambitious and qualified person Finance Analyst is responsible for Support for Financial Analysis and Reporting in Russia. Provides support to JV Team and JV CFO in collection and analysis of financial information, development and implementation of relevant procedures, financial consolidation process; etc. Leading the tasks in the Pricing management process for the SOX controls and compliance in relation to SOD (Segregation of duties); MAIN TASKS Financial: • Providing business financial and reporting support to the JV Team; • Support in the preparation of Consolidated FS between 2 JV entities; • Support in the preparation of another separate entity’s stand-alone report; • Providing Finance support for investment process. Organizing and supervising investment tracking and control • Support in the coordination with other Finance functions and participating in the budget and forecast processes Pricing: - verification and second level authorization of shipment of equipment Discount and price control - control of loading of price lists and discounts into the automated system 1C "Trade in equipment"; - control of discounts and prices in customer orders Sales and warehouse reports: - Preparation of reports on sales and warehouse equipment on a weekly and monthly basis - Preparation and analysis of basic sales and inventory tables Budget and forecast preparation - preparation and analysis of data on sales and warehouse equipment Other duties: - preparation of reports for the CFO REQUIREMENTS: Higher education – Economy or Finance More than 3 years relevant working experience in the Finance or Accounting department in international work environment or in a similar industry; Sales analysis experience is a plus Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure of time limits Ability to work in team PC Skills: Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), 1C Accounting; Working level of English language (oral and written) KNOWLEDGES: Understanding the analysis process as a whole; Understanding of internal control procedures and concepts; Understanding in the financial field; General knowledge of GAAP in Russia; General knowledge of US GAAP in relevant areas. Good knowledge of the company structure and functioning Good knowledge of the compliance requirements (FCPA, SOX). Professional knowledge of the corporate rules and procedures on these subjects. Professional knowledge of the corporate rules and procedures on credit controls. Good knowledge of Russian Accounting and Taxation in the areas, relevant to the company’s business General knowledge of Russian civil legislation in the relevant areas (general and contractual law) Good knowledge of management accounting Systematical approach to resolve the process issues Working under pressure to resolve the urgent issues related to deadlines and/or requests from management. Good English and fluent Russian Good Excel skills
