Overview of Academy Division Educational division (Academy) is responsible for educating both customers and employees of the company. We use the most advanced technology, such as short videos, tests, interactive pictures, recommendation systems based on the results of trading, bonuses for successful training. The objective of the division is to engage the client to trade through relevant information about trading and financial markets. We have trading and investment products for clients all over the world (Europe, South and Latin America, Asia, CIS). When training our colleagues, we also strive to make it fun, fast and effective. What Will You Do? Development and support of products according to the general strategic line of the company and its Academy, increasing the financial and other metrics through product management: trading systems, trading robots, trading signals Management of trading strategies (trading systems) - control, analysis, creation / development, writing technical assignments for automation, reports on trading systems (video reports, webinars, online seminars, written reports to customers), sales and promotion logic, scaling and digitizing the product, conducting AB or beta testing, interacting with other departments to achieve the product goals Management of trading robots: monitoring, analyzing, creating / developing, writing technical assignments for the programmer, ensuring the proper function of the finished robot, optimizing the robot's parameters, sales and promotion logic, scaling and digitizing the product, interacting with other products Management of trading signals in Libertex - development of the direction of trading systems, robots and signal services Organization and conducting of AB or beta testing Technical, graphical and fundamental analysis of various trading instruments of the market, segments or economies Individual preparation of analytical materials, reviews, research, investment ideas Participation in writing analytical materials, recommendations, newsletters for clients and TOP management Key Skills Required Bachelor's degree (Math, Programming, Finance is a plus) Experience not less than 3 years in the financial sector: finance, investment, or Forex company in a position of trader, analyst or trade strategist Excellent analytical skills (technical, graph, fundamental analysis) Trading experience (stocks, currency, bonds, etc.) Excellent spoken and written English (upper intermediate and higher) Excellent spoken and written Russian Excellent communication skills Expert in time management Creative and innovative Additional Skills Preferred Experience in product management Experience with public performances, webinars, and on-line seminars Programming skills Additional languages (Spanish/Dutch) We Offer: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced international company Competitive salary Fun and friendly professional environment Use of leading technologies and modern business practices such as Agile Excellent training and development opportunities Rapidly expanding global footprint Remote work
