Libertex Creative Studio is one-of-a-kind in-house agency. We have an international team consisted of creative professionals with different talents and backgrounds, and an empty chair - reserved for our new Account Manager ! Our goal is to craft effective campaigns. We use research and data to derive good audience insights, then turn those into concepts for creative assets that perform across any type of media channels. We also make sure they look good! Due to launching new products and dramatic growth of the company itself, Libertex Creative Studio’s projects are increasing every week. To handle all the workload and stay creative and effective, we need an Account Manager ready to relocate to sunny Montenegro . What will you do? handle the schedule of the inhouse creative agency (Libertex Creative Studio); manage Libertex Creative Studios’ projects and work with cross-functional teams; receive new tasks, plan, optimize and help to deliver projects according to essential procedures; communicate with clients to understand and meet their needs; communicate with the creative team to help them be more effective; provide campaign reporting and tracking; report to the creative director and the strategic planner; work closely with the clients and other stakeholders; gain new knowledge every day; have tons of fun. Key skills required 3-5 years of experience in industries like Advertising, Mobile Apps (preferable); great organizational skills; proven experience with project management and client-servicing; ability to “juggle” multiple clients and a number of projects and tasks with different magnitude; abillity to write and receive briefs, trim the unnecessary information out of them; experience in working with cross-functional teams; general knowledge of digital media channels [SM / SEM / SEO etc]; excellent writing and speaking skills in English; Russian is a plus; ability to adapt quickly, and simplify complexity; a light-hearted, open personality, positive and hands-on team player and communicator.
