One of our biggest client (Oil & Gas Production Company) is looking for " Production Optimization Engineer " ? Work schedule: 5/2, Aktau office (relocation) Production & Engineering Dpt LM - Sr. Department Manager Production & Engineering Purpose of position: Support the optimization of the production system within the Assets, starting from the reservoir up to the delivery points, based on the company’s development strategy Executes and prepares production data analysis, gap analysis, solutions for production optimization, forecast and quality checks of production data Supports Operations Readiness for projects within the Asset from the early stages of the project to the implementation in order to achieve Fit for Purpose solutions and ensures optimized integration of projects into operations. Check and verify the implementation status of all proposed optimization processes Key responsibilities: 90-day production forecasting Provides specialized support for the update of specific procedures and documents related to Production Optimization process; Monitor well-related activities and optimizations in relation to the IAP and verify production gains/ losses versus the IAP input. Production Optimization: PT support: Provides support and advisory regarding the planning and budgeting of the office activity, applying an integrated understanding of the operational and financial objectives; Requirements: Relevant professional experience – 5-10 years 7 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, field operations and engineering; Excellent knowledge related to production, production technology, processes and automation in oil & gas industry; Extensive knowledge in “value optimized” Asset/ Field Management (“life cycle orientated productivity, cost management, optimization of the running costs and of the return on investment Strategic thinking and holistic understanding starting from the corporate strategy up to delivery reservoir management. Computer literate; Russian & English languages knowledge is required Success criteria: Meet pre-set personal PDS targets; Successfully supports the implementation and delivery of COMPANY Upstream projects and work programs in compliance with defined deliverables and within budget and in compliance with HSSE; Production volume; Reduction of production cost; Actions for production process optimization; Increase of the process automatization degree; MTBF and MTBI for wells; Implementation percentage of the Produce to the Limit”, PSO - HC, WbyW review measures; Additional production volume due to improvement measures resulted from „Produce to the Limit”, PSO - HC, WbyW review; Number of new technologies implemented;
