Job Description : Performing main tasks as per direction of supervisor and engineer. Be responsible to keep the equipment ready for use to perform the job assignment as a pump operator. Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Place Instructions. Proactive in equipment maintenance. Maintain assigned equipment, perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements. Laying and making connections Check the probable leakage points of all treating iron ,Conducting the job as per plan Knowledge of all the equipment’s related to Coil tubing. Mobilization arrangements Coordination with other teams, required for job Coordination with Well site team Be in-charge of CT jobs, surface equipment, data acquisition and maintenance of the CT system as a supervisor. Discussion with CTU engineer about the well and Plan and Put-up his input depending on field conditions. Prepare the list of equipment required for the job. And Examination of equipment’s and units Sound knowledge of the following: CTU, Chiksons, Butterfly valves, Hamer valves, Treating equipment, C-Pumps, others on location, Triplex pump, Ball valves etc. Responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of a 6-10 member coiled tubing crew and auxiliary equipment crew, along with the equipment assigned to that crew Discussion with Client and field Manager about the well and Job requirement for preparing job design. Collect full data of the well status: completion status, corrosion, Surface/ subsurface pressures/temperature, production status, complication etc. Prepare the list of equipment, BHA and chemicals required for the job. Should be able to Manage maintenance of Unit and other allied equipment’s before mobilization to field. Responsible for following all regulatory and compliance paperwork associated with job duties (DOT logs, load sheets, trip reports) Examine the report and make necessary correction if needed before explaining to client and concerned authorities. Requirements: Candidate should have minimum 3 years’ experience in coil tubing. Successful candidate should satisfy at least one of the following points: have worked on fluid pumps as well as Nitrogen pump; have operated Coil tubing Unit Stand alone; have worked on Hydra Rig; have Field as well design engineer experience. IWCF Certificate – Preferred Offshore experience – Preferred At least upper-intermediate English level is a must. Conditions : Job type: rotation job Location: Saudi and Middle East Visa and flight ticket will be provided. Only candidates with CVs in English will be considered.
