KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluation of staff training needs, identification of employee growth areas and filling knowledge gaps; Participation in the management evaluation process; Conducting training on the results of managerial evaluations; Development and adaptation of training materials for company employees and employees of partners in the region and the country; Organization and conduct of full-time training for company employees and employees of partners. (PSTP, Classroom, Workshop); Conducting product and skill webinars for employees of the company and the region (online-training); Conducting product webinars for employees of partners in the region and the country (online-training); Conducting training at a point of sale of partners to draw attention to the product and remove primary objections and collect examples of objections, to broadcast their elaboration to company employees in the region; Analysis of competitors and creation of comparative materials; Participation in the recruitment process; Participation in the process of adaptation of new company employees in the region; Submission of monthly reports and additional reports at the request of the head; Creating, conducting and reporting on the effectiveness of conducting face-to-face training using tests and AOS; Drawing up and maintaining a schedule of daily activities (weekly); Providing reports about executed business trips; Adhoc tasks from the head of training. PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE Relevant experience from 1 year; Willingness to travel; Knowledge of English language will be an advantage; Open-mind person.
